Promotional Terms & Conditions | Smeg promotion

General:

1. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Lavazza SMEG promotion for Lavazza Espresso Barista. The Terms can be found at promotion page.
2. Bluespresso B.V., the exclusive distributor of Lavazza in the Netherlands and Belgium, is responsible for executing this consumer promotion. Bluespresso B.V. reserves the right to terminate or change the promotion, the rules, prizes, terms, or any information without prior notice, without being liable for any damages. Any such changes will be published on the promotional website.
3. Entries suspected of fraud or deemed unlawful may be excluded from participation.

Participation:

1. Employees of Lavazza, Bluespresso, Pietercil Barends, Pietercil Delby’s, and SMEG, as well as anyone directly involved in the organization of the promotion, are excluded from participation.
2. Participation through group efforts or suspicious behavior aimed at increasing winning chances is not allowed.
3. Each participant may enter only once using the same name and email address.
4. By participating in the promotion, participants agree to the applicability of the promotional terms as described in this document.
5. By participating, entrants accept these Terms and confirm they are 18 years or older.

Promotion:

1. The promotion runs from May 5, 2025, to August 1, 2025. Entries after August 1, 2025, will not be considered.
2. On August 4, 2025, 25 winners will be randomly selected by computer draw.
3. At the request of a participant, Bluespresso will demonstrate how the winners were determined.
4. Winners must provide complete address details for prize delivery.
5. Prizes will be sent within 4 weeks via PostNL to valid addresses in the Netherlands or Belgium.
6. Only winners will be notified. If incorrect details are provided, a new winner will be drawn.

Prizes:

1. Each winner receives a Lavazza SMEG Barista package including: 25 times a SMEG-Lavazza barista package, consisting of: • SMEG Mini-Pro Espresso Machine (Black, model EMC02BLMEU) • SMEG Semi-Professional Grinder (Metallic/Grey, model CGF02SSEU) • Prizes are personal and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
2. Prizes are personal and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
3. One prize per person/address.
4. The prize will only be sent to an address in the Netherlands/Belgium.
5. No correspondence about the outcome will be entered into.

Privacy

1. Participants must provide accurate and complete information. Bluespresso may ask for ID, proof of address, or permission from a guardian if necessary. Participants who submit incorrect personal data are not eligible to win the prize.
2. Personal data will be processed according to our Privacy Policy.
3. Participants may opt-in for future product or offer updates.
4. The personal data provided by the participant in connection with the action will be included in a data file. This data file is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation. Participants have the right to access, modify, or delete this data. The Participant who requests the deletion of their data during the course of the action accepts that their participation will automatically be terminated, as it is not possible to participate without registration.

Liability

1. Bluespresso B.V., Lavazza, and affiliated companies are not liable for any damage arising from use of or reliance on the promotional website or materials, unless due to intent or gross negligence.
2. Bluespresso B.V. and Lavazza and their affiliated companies are not liable for delays, technical issues, misprints, or any additional costs resulting from the promotion.

Final Provisions

1. The Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance applies. Bluespresso B.V. acts in accordance with this code of conduct.
2. Dutch law applies. Disputes must be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
