What do you need for a Cold Brew Classic?

Cold brew coffee is not the same as iced coffee. Iced coffee is brewed hot and then cooled, while in cold brew ground coffee is mixed with cold water, then left to steep for 12 hours in a sealed preserving jar, before being filtered. As a result, there is also a difference in taste: cold brew is

softer and sweeter in taste than an iced coffee. Lavazza barista Jos explains the classic preparation step-by-step in the video. Make sure you have the items below ready to go.

    106gr coarsely ground coffee

    Preserving jar

    0.5L Water

    Fine sieve

    Funnel

    Spoon

    Bottle
