Cold brew coffee is not the same as iced coffee. Iced coffee is brewed hot and then cooled, while in cold brew ground coffee is mixed with cold water, then left to steep for 12 hours in a sealed preserving jar, before being filtered. As a result, there is also a difference in taste: cold brew is
