De Arabica planten groeien hier in een gelimiteerde hoeveelheid op geheel natuurlijke wijze en met minimale menselijke tussenkomst. De rijpe koffiebessen worden vervolgens geplukt en met de hand stuk voor stuk gesorteerd. Het resultaat is een palet van aroma’s en geuren met intense tonen van jasmijn en een typische nasmaak van dadels en honing met een vleugje citrus en rijpe kersen.
